Personal Interview:
I had the opportunity to attend the IMD MBA interview process at their campus in Lausanne, Switzerland. The interview day was a full-day event packed with various activities aimed at assessing candidates holistically. Below, I have shared my experience and insights from the interview process.

The day began with a personal interview conducted by a member of the Admissions Committee. It lasted for about 45 minutes and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The questions revolved around my career progression, key accomplishments, strengths and weaknesses, and workplace achievements. I was also asked about my motivations for pursuing an MBA and why I chose IMD specifically. I made sure to align my responses with my application and focused on showcasing the value I could bring to the program.

  • Why do you want to pursue an MBA at this time?
  • Why did you choose IMD?

Impromptu Presentation: After the interview, I was given a business issue and asked to prepare an impromptu presentation within a short timeframe. Case Study:
