The business school placements are generally categorized into two processes:
Structured Process
There are few Ccompanies, for example, Amazon that provides opportunities for MBA graduates irrespective of nationality; The jobs through this route are usually modeled as rotational leadership development programs. Moreover, London has a good start-ups network that is connected with B-schools in the UK. Start-up companies hire candidates from schools such as LBS, Judge, Said, etc.- through the school’s career services. Approximately 1 out of 4 MBA candidates are usually placed through the structured recruitment process.
Application-based process
Companies without a proper recruiting process with schools will visit the campus for promoting their business and showcasing career opportunities in their companies. The company representative will address any queries and invite candidates for applying to open positions.
