Texas McCombs Video Assessment
For the first time, the Texas MBA program is introducing a video assessment to its application package. As the McCombs Admissions Committee team explains:
All applicants must complete the video assessment, which enhances accessibility to the application process and provides an opportunity to share their story in their own voice. Through this assessment, the Admissions Committee can get to know the “real” you—beyond a resume, test scores, and transcripts. Additionally, the video assessment helps ensure a structured and consistent evaluation process, reducing bias in admissions.
The video assessment is virtual and on-demand, allowing applicants to complete it from anywhere in the world at a convenient time. It enables the Admissions Committee to assess key competencies essential for success in the program and future careers.
