Essay 2: Discuss how the RSM MBA will prepare you to become a force for positive change, either in your personal or professional life. (500words)

Essay 3: Video Essay
After submitting your written application, you will be requested to answer three short questions via video. Please take 10-15 minutes to answer these questions and show us a side of you that we would not get from your written answers. This will give us a chance to meet you virtually and demonstrate your true potential. Most importantly, we want to know how you think on your feet.
