Apart from the essay questions, candidates will need to complete four questions via Oxford’s online assessment platform. Candidates would need a desktop / laptop computer with a functioning webcam, microphone and internet connection.

How it is conducted?

Step 1: Candidates will be asked to answer 3 competency-based questions asked in random order. Focus of these questions is for candidates to demonstrate leadership, integrity, vision, self-awareness, decisiveness and collaboration / teamwork.

Step 2: Once you have submitted your application, a link (within 24 hours of submission) in your application status portal will enable you to register with Kira Talent. This link will appear up to 24 hours after submitting your application.
Candidates do get preparation time and practice sessions before going live with real responses.
The whole online assessment typically takes up to 30 minutes to complete.
