My interviewer had already read through my application so there wasn’t a ton of probing questions on my motivations for b-school since it was already in the app. Important to have a good answer prepared about why you would prefer Warwick vs. other schools. Finished up with another 20 minutes of questions and that was it!
Questions asked:
- Tell me something about yourself?
- Tell me about your career journey so far, where you want to go, and why the Warwick MBA can help you get there? Why should we take you?
- One reason that we should not select you?
- Some Situational & Behavioral Question
- What would you describe are your greatest achievement to date?
- Give me an example of a time you faced a conflict while working on a team. How did you handle that?

My interview was with a 2nd-semester student. It was resume based. Went on for 25 mins. It was totally conversational rather than just Q&A, hence felt very relaxed even though I was nervous for the 1st couple mins.
- Walk me through your resume?
- Why MBA? Why Warwick?
- Why MBA now or Why MBA at this stage of your career?
- What is your short & long term goals?
- 4) Tell me about a time you made a decision with very little information
- What are your key strengths? Can you give some examples please?
- What is your biggest weakness ? Can you give some examples please?
