ILPSE follows rolling admissions. Considering the limited seats in the programme and all other things being equal, it is more beneficial to apply in an earlier round. Accepted Candidates from Round 1 and Round 2 also get an invite to the INSEAD India Business Dialogue besides having a special audience with the Programme Directors. Please note that if a candidate is admitted and accepts admission, the application fee is adjusted within the Tuition fee.

The INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives – India (ILPSE) is a one-year part-time programme developed specifically for the Indian context. Learning focuses on three areas that together comprises excellent leadership:

  • A comprehensive understanding of key frameworks and concepts that underlie modern management theory
  • Practical and hands-on engagement with business management, processes and techniques
  • Development of individual and professional values and beliefs to guide the future of your career and organization.

INSEAD ILPSIE  Essays:

In 400 words or less for each essay, please answer the following essay questions:

  1. Describe your career goals & aspirations – over the medium as well as long-term horizon. What do you see as the biggest barriers to realizing the career aspirations you described above?
  2.  In your view, how (if at all) will participating in ILPSE help you advance towards these goals & aspirations?
  3. What are your three most significant accomplishments so far?
  4. Looking back at your professional life, describe your biggest failure. What did you learn from it?

Applicants Profile

Senior Indian executives who are looking to boost their company’s performance or take their own career to the next level. Diversity in multiple aspects is an important part of the learning experience. The participant mixed profile reflects diversity across functions, industries, backgrounds, companies and life experiences. However all applicants have a few things in common that are mentioned below:

  • Proven leadership potential
  • Strong achievements, drive and motivation
  • Depth of business experience (minimum of 10 years, average of 16 years, with significant time in management).
  • Recognized career progress
  • Enthusiastic about learning and intellectual development.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee is 62,000 SGD. It covers teaching fees, all academic material, lunches, select dinners and accommodation for modules at Campus/Goa/Bangalore/Mumbai. The Fees does not include transport expenses (domestic and international) and accommodation for Telepresence modules.

Admitted candidates need to pay 5% of fee (2500 SGD) within 10 days of admission, to confirm their seat. Balance Fees can be paid as per round-wise schedule mentioned below:

  • Admits of Round 1: 45% within 30 days of Admission and the balance 50% within 90 days of Admission
  • Admits of Round 2: 45% within 30 days of Admission and the balance 50% within 60 days of Admission
  • Admits of Round 3 and 4:  95% within 30 days of Admission
